Start the dishwasher if there are dishes. Take trash to the bins in the side yard. Leave used towels in the bathroom. Set thermostat to 72°F. Lock all doors and windows.

Leave all keys on the kitchen counter. Exit through the front door (it will lock behind you). No need to put keys back in the lockbox—just leave them inside.
