Press the power button on the remote. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ are pre-installed - please use your own accounts. HDMI inputs are labeled for gaming consoles or laptops.

The coffee maker uses standard filters (extras under the sink). Dishwasher detergent pods are under the sink. Oven and stovetop are standard electric - knobs indicate temperature settings.

The thermostat is in the hallway. Simply set your desired temperature. Please keep it between 68-76°F for energy efficiency. Ceiling fans have pull chains for speed control.
Sound System

Bluetooth speaker on the kitchen counter pairs easily—look for 'SeasideVilla' in your device's Bluetooth settings. Outdoor speakers on the patio are connected to the same system.
